Grape: 100% Nebbiolo

Location: Ghemme (NO), Northern Piedmont

Soil: Moraine

Vineyard: 7.4 acres, 985 ft a.s.l., Guyot training

Vinification: Stainless steel fermentation, 30 months oak aging + 12 months bottle refinement

Tasting: Deep ruby with garnet edges, floral nose (violet), tobacco, coffee. Fresh and persistent palate with pleasant bitterness

Alcohol: 14%

Pairings: First courses, roasts, red meat, aged cheese

Production: 20,000 bottles/year

“Ficorosa” Rosato Colline Novaresi DOC

Grape: 100% Nebbiolo

Location: Ghemme and Sizzano (NO), Northern Piedmont

Soil: Moraine

Vineyard: 3.7 acres, 985 ft a.s.l., Guyot training

Vinification: Stainless steel, no oak, designed to express native varietal character

Tasting: Peach-pink, floral and red fruit on nose. Harmonious and persistent palate

Alcohol: 12%

Pairings: Pizza, white meat, roasted vegetables, soups

Production: 10,000 bottles/year

Gattinara DOCG “Galizja”

Grape: 100% Nebbiolo (Spanna)

Location: Gattinara (VC), Northern Piedmont

Soil: Red volcanic porphyry, SW exposure

Vineyard: Vines planted 1985–2001, 1300–1500 ft a.s.l.

Vinification: Stainless fermentation, 24 months in large oak, 9 months in bottle

Tasting: Ruby with garnet shades. Licorice, tobacco, coffee. Structured and long with a spicy, bitter finish

Alcohol: 13.5%
