Grape: 100% Verdicchio

Location: Castelraimondo, Marche (1380 ft a.s.l.)

Soil: Sand, clay, loam, rich in limestone, NE exposure

Vineyard: 39 acres, 30–50 year-old vines, Guyot training

Harvest: Manual selection, organic practices

Vinification: Soft pressing, slow fermentation, 4 months on lees in stainless steel, no malolactic

Tasting: Straw yellow with green hues, floral and citrus aromas, high minerality and fruit persistence

Alcohol: 12.5%

Pairings: Seafood, sushi, avocado, tomato sauce, fresh cheese

Production: 80,000–100,000 bottles/year
