Location: Sarteano, Southern Tuscany
Soils: Sand and limestone layers with heavy clay at altitude
Vinification: Fermented in steel, aged in 1–2 year French oak for 10 months
Tasting: Full-bodied with blackberry, graphite, violet and fine tannins. Youthful yet structured
