Grape: 100% Chardonnay

Location: Mount Etna (Castiglione di Sicilia), northeast exposure

Soil: Volcanic, sandy-limestone

Vinification: Barrel fermented and aged in large oak for 12 months

Tasting: Rich yet fresh Chardonnay with smoky volcanic minerality, citrus and orchard fruit

Alcohol: 13.5%

Passorosso Etna Rosso DOC

Grape: 100% Nerello Mascalese

Location: Mount Etna, multiple Contradas (Chiappemacine, Guardiola, Feudo di Mezzo, Sciaranuova, Rampante)

Soil: Volcanic ash and lava stone, high elevation vineyards

Vinification: Natural fermentation in cement and aging in large oak for 18 months

Tasting: Elegant, herbal, mineral with sour cherry and smoky notes. Long aging potential

Alcohol: 14%
