The vineyards span the councils of Castagneto Carducci and Bibbona. Bordeaux varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot thrive here, planted on quaternary deposits. Olive trees also grow alongside the vines. The entire estate covers about 100 acres of scenic Tuscan countryside.
