The estate is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, in Tuscany. Wine-making traditions – which date back to the sixteenth century – are still deeply rooted in the vineyards of origin of the prestigious wines of the Poggio Bonelli range. The estate extends over 840 hectares approx., with vineyards covering a surface of 80 ha.

The estate also includes a few lovely holiday farmhouses with comfortable apartments and two swimming pools. In addition, the estate incorporates organically grown olive trees which produce an excellent extra-virgin olive oil.

Poggio Bonelli is owned by MPS Tenimenti S.p.A., a subsidiary of the Gruppo Montepaschi. Its aim is to create value through a constant search for product quality and customer satisfaction.

The estate preserves and continues the traditions of its land in everyday work, showing a perfect symbiosis between man and territory.
