Tasting Notes: Full-bodied and velvety with notes of candied fruit, acacia blossom, and musky undertones. Unique violet scent.

Pairings: Perfect with desserts, fresh fruit, and fruit salads. Serve at 10-12°C.

Wine Type: Blanc de Blancs Brut Alta Langa DOCG
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay

Soil: 30% tufaceous rock, 68% sandstone, 2% calcium
Pruning: Low Guyot
Exposure: East, 17% slope

Production: Second fermentation in bottle, 32 months on lees, disgorged and released three years post-harvest.

Tasting Notes: Fine bubbles, pale straw color. Aromas of lime, herbs, honey, and acacia. Seductive, harmonious palate with long finish.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or with shellfish, raw fish, and soft cheeses.

Cha Pi

Wine Type: Pétillant Naturel Sparkling Rosé
Grape Variety: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay

Soil: 30% tuff, 68% sandstone, 2% calcium
Pruning: Low Guyot
Exposure: East, 17% slope

Production: Free-run must, bottled in April post-harvest. Fermentation in bottle generates natural bubbles.

Tasting Notes: Deep pink with purplish hues. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and geranium. Velvety and creamy with a dry finish and pastry notes.

Pairings: Great with raw fish, oriental dishes, fresh goat cheese, or chilled as an aperitif.
