MATURATION AND REFINEMENT:
Maceration of the must with skins for about 24 hours at controlled temperature, extraction by soft pressing and fermentation for 10-15 days. Refinement in stain- less steel tanks for 3 month.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw pale yellow color with greenish nuances. Floreal scents and good persistance. Dry and elegant on the palate.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12 % vol.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Seafood, soups, poultry and white meats, salads.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 50°-54°F.

MATURATION AND REFINEMENT:
Fermentation with the skins for about 8 days at controlled temperature, extraction by soft pressing. Refinement in stainless steel tanks for 12 month and then in used oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Ruby red colour with dark red nuances. Liquorice scents and good persistance. Rich and harmonious on the palate.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5 % vol.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Roast and stew meat, cured meats, medium aged cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 60°-65°F.

TASTING NOTES:
Soft cherry red bright and sparkling color. Fruity fragrance of raspberry, pomegranate and flowery of geranium, gillyflower with good persistence. Round, dry and pleasant on the palate.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5 % vol.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Soups, pasta, white meat, grilled fish, delicate cured meat, medium aged cheese.

Luminous yellow color. Intense flavors of citrus fruits and spices. Vigorous, balanced, long lasting on the palate.

Fermentation with the skins at controlled temperature, extraction by vacuumpressing. Refinement in stainless steel tanks for 18 month and then in oak barrels (bar- riques) for a minimum of 18 months.
TASTING NOTES:
Ruby red color with dark red sparkling reflections. Intense on the palat and at the nose with flavors of vanilla, tobacco, liquorice. Rich and harmonious.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14 % vol.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS:
Roast and stew meat, cured meats, game meat, mushrooms and truffles, mature cheese.
